At present, all guitars are made to order as I work thru my wait list. In the future, I plan to build a few stock models to keep on hand and also to take to local guitar shows.  Getting on the wait list doesn't cost you anything more than being serious about buying one of my builds. When I get close to your number, I'll contact you to confirm that you are ready to begin and we'll hammer out all of the details. A 25% non refundable deposit will be due before I begin. I am not shipping guitars outside of the USA at present time.

All Tom Lyons guitars are warranted for life to the original owner against defective materials and workmanship. Normal wear to the instrument is not covered under this warranty. All instruments returned for warranty repair must be shipped pre-paid and will be returned collect postage.

I am a part-time builder with a full time day job, and because of this, I have chosen to remain a one-man shop, despite the growing demand for my instruments. I limit myself to 4 builds a year. When the list is full, you will be given the opportunity to be placed on the list for the next calendar year. Since most of the people who order from me have expressed a desire for an ever-expanding level of customization, it has become impossible to have a one size fits all price list. That said, starting prices for acoustic guitars begin at $3250;  electric guitars and basses start at $2850. Options, upgrades, customization, and finish process upgrades will add to the price. Prices include a quality hardshell case. Taxes and shipping where are applicable, are extra and not included in the above stated prices. As of April 2019, there are two openings on the 2020 build list. 2019 is full.

When you're ready, let's talk.
